RETURNS POLICY

Return of Goods

No new, Special Order Goods can be returned with out exception. All special order items are notified at the point of sale.

Goods may be returned for a refund. however where goods have been correctly supplied and are suitable for their purpose a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the goods will be applied. This excludes Special order Goods. 

All returned goods must be in their original packaging and presented with a copy of the original invoice.

Any new part that has been fitted cannot be returned for a refund.

No refund of carriage charges incurred by the Buyer will be reimbursed for any returned Goods.

Buyer is responsible for all return Postage costs and any replacement Postage costs.

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of order.
