The Porsche Cayenne S is an SUV that combines the practicality of a family car with the performance of a sports car. With 385 bhp and 850Nm torque delivered from its V8 4.2ltr engine through an auto 8 speed gearbox, the car achieves 166 mph and 0 – 60 mph in 5.4 seconds.
